Get ready to unleash your inner hero at the Superhero 5K Fun Run on Sunday, March 2, 2025, in Union City, Alameda! This exciting event invites participants of all ages to don their favorite capes, cowls, or suits of armor and join a vibrant community celebration at the Civic Center/City Hall. With a professional timing system in place, runners will be competing for medals in various categories, including Boys/Girls under 12, teens, and adults up to 70+.
Starting at 9 am, this fun-filled day will also feature a costume contest and a chance to win fabulous raffle prizes. Since its inception, the Superhero Fun Run has proudly supported the Parkinson's Foundation, donating $5 from every registration to their Moving Day team. Join us rain or shine for a day of fun, fitness, and philanthropy, and help us make a difference while celebrating the anniversary of the Mark Green Sports Center!

Become the hero you were always meant to be. Grab your cape, cowl, or suit of armor and join us at the 2025 Superhero Fun Run in Union City. This race will have a professional timing system, award medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of each race category, plenty of raffle prizes, and a costume contest.
This event celebrates the anniversary of the Mark Green Sports Center in Union City, and since 2016, has donated a portion of each registration to the Parkinson's Foundation. $5 from every registration will be donated to our Parkinson's Foundation Moving Day team.
