Join us for the 9th Annual Superheroes for Seniors 5K/1K Run/Walk Event on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Lilburn City Park in Gwinnett! This exciting event is not just about running; it's a wonderful opportunity to lace up your sneakers, don your favorite superhero costume, and make a real difference in the lives of struggling seniors in our community.
Participants can choose between a 5K run/walk or a shorter 1K run/walk, with race day festivities beginning at 7:00 AM, including packet pick-up and a Zumba warm-up at 7:50 AM. The 5K race kicks off at 8:00 AM, followed by the 1K at 8:15 AM. Everyone is welcome, and kids aged 6 years and younger can register for free! Enjoy a goody bag, free T-shirt giveaways, and the chance to compete for trophies and medals in various age categories. Don’t miss out on the fun and community spirit that comes with supporting a great cause—helping seniors stay healthy, independent, and connected!
