Join us at the Sy-5K in Arlington, TX on Sunday, January 19th, 2025, as we celebrate NATIONAL SCIENCE FICTION MONTH with a fun, family-friendly event! Participants can kick start their year by running the 5K race and earning an awesome 4 inch light-up medal. Top three in each age group will also win an additional medal. For the little ones, we have a brand new Kid's Dash, a short 100-200 meter sprint before the main race, complete with participation shirts and optional finisher medals. Registration includes an event-themed t-shirt and eligibility for age group awards. With age groups awarded 3 deep and special trophies for overall winners, it's an event not to be missed!

Sign your kiddos up for our BRAND NEW KID'S DASH! This is a short 100-200 meter sprint prior to the start of the race to give our little ones the opportunity to experience the racing environment without the pressure of a seemingly long, endless course. Dashers receive participation shirts, and will have the option to add finisher medal to their registration.
Registration Includes:

Age groups will be awarded 3 deep in the following divisions: M/F 0-9, M/F 10-14, M/F 15-19, M/F 20-29, M/F 30-39, M/F 40-49, M/F 50-59, M/F 60-69, M/F 70+.
Our OVERALL MALE, OVERALL FEMALE, MALE MASTERS (40+), & FEMALE MASTERS (40+) will not only receive their gold medals, but will also earn a _SPECIAL EVENT-THEMED TROPHY_!
