Organiser's Description
Join New Leash On Life, a 501(c)(3) organization, a no-kill pet adoption and resource center currently in development for Crown Point, Indiana, Saturday, June 6th for our inaugural 5K and 2K Dog Run/Walk! Our event is open to not only families, but their dogs as well! Even if your pooch is more of a couch potato than an athlete, we will have a curated vendor area to explore as well as food vendors, contests, and demonstrations! For families, the thrilling Y Climbing Tower will be open for any adventurous kiddos.
The race is open to anyone with or without their pets! The course trails through the beautiful YMCA Camp Triangle Hills and will offer plenty of sights (and smells!) for our two-legged and four-legged participants.
