If youre not a strong or confident swimmer, weve got you covered. We recommend signing up for Wave 2 or Wave 3, which are designed for participants who prefer a more relaxed pace in the water. Youre also welcome to use a life jacket, kickboard, or other approved flotation aids to help you complete the swim safely and confidently.
