Our Galloway Run-Walk-Run Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in having fun and running injury free to fulfill a goal of 5k up to a Marathon! The training program works for runners of all levels and experience, using the researched-backed Galloway method with tens of thousands of runners, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups and corresponding walk-run ratio are set up using our "magic mile" to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. We also host midweek track/hill sessions and clinics (free to members), in addition so the Saturday Galloway "long runs" helping each runner build up to their goal distance gradually while having fun, with the help of others doing their run-walk-run intervals!

Note: Training Program membership does not include race entry fees

Refund Policy:

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only, must be accompanied by a physicians letter and must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained. People who want to try out Galloway Training may attend up to two group runs free of charge before registering for the season.
