Join us for the 29th Annual YMCA Livestrong 5K Walk/Run on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Edison, Middlesex! This vibrant and uplifting event supports cancer survivors and is held in memory of Janice Garbolino. With over 400 participants and 30 teams already signed up, the community spirit is stronger than ever, having raised close to $30,000 for this important cause.
The race kicks off at 8:30 AM in front of Lakeview School in Roosevelt Park, following a lively registration at 7:30 AM that includes music, a Zumba warm-up, and delicious pre-race snacks. Participants can look forward to awards for the top runners and fundraisers, as well as tasty treats from local favorites like Dunkin Donuts and Jersey Mike's Subs. Whether you’re walking or running, come be a part of this inspiring day that champions the strength and resilience of cancer survivors. Don’t miss out – friends and family can register on race day too!

WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL COME OUT AND SUPPORT CANCER SURVIVORS. WE HAVE MORE THAN 400 PARTICIPANTS, 30 TEAMS AND HAVE RAISED CLOSE TO $30,000 FOR THE CAUSE. PLEASE CARPOOL IF YOU CAN. THE RACE TAKES PLACE IN FRONT OF LAKEVIEW SCHOOL IN ROOSEVELT PARK.

Please remember that friends and family can register the day of the event on Sunday, September 27 at the park. Bring with you any cash or checks that you received as donations. We will make sure they are counted towards your team's or your individual total.
