Event summary
Participants of all ages are welcome to join in the excitement, with activities kicking off at 8:00 am for registration and bib pick-up. The 5K race, including a wheelchair division, starts at 9:00 am, followed by the 5K run/walk at 9:15 am and the 1K run/walk at 9:30 am. Everyone receives a trendy dry-fit tee and a swag bag loaded with goodies! Plus, there are exciting prizes for the biggest team, largest fundraiser, and more! Help us support health and wellness for individuals with developmental disabilities and make this event a memorable celebration of community and care!

Join us in supporting health and wellness for individuals with developmental disabilities! All participants receive a ADMH Run for Health dry-fit tee, a swag bag full of valuable goodies, and the chance to win great prizes for

8:00 am - Registration / Bib pick-up
9:00 am - 5K (Wheelchair Division)
9:15 am - 5K run/walk
9:30 am - 1K run/walk
Early Bib pick up: Big Peach Running Store - Brookhaven [https://www.bigpeachrunningco.com/locations/brookhaven/] on Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 12:00 noon - 2pm; otherwise pick up at Brook Run Park on race day.
