Organiser's Description
The AlKEMist was brewed up in 2018 after riding some of the best gravel roads in Morton County.
Racers will start at Graner Park/Sugarloaf Bottoms south of Mandan, ND, and will climb their way out of the Missouri River Valley onto the bluffs of Morton County. The 55-mile course will test you with minimum maintenance roads, fast descents and some of the longest climbs around, but your effort does not go unrewarded as the views are spectacular as well. After the dust has settled awards and food will be hot off the grill.
Not up for up for 55 miles? Don't worry. We have you covered. The Elixir is a shorter 30-mile course. We are an e-bike friendly race (e-bikes will not be eligible for podiums). Register for the distance you would like and you will be asked during the registration process if you will be riding an e-bike.
Registration Includes:
Chip Timing for both distances
On-course Aid Station
Finishers patch for everyone that crosses the finish line
Complimentary meal ticket to use at the food vendor after the race
Complimentary post-race drink
