Morgan and Andrea are chasing a dream that once lived quietly in their someday column: running the 2026 New York City Marathon as charity runners. The Big Apple Build Up is more than a race. It is a stepping stone, a rally cry, and an invitation.
This virtual 5K is open to everyone. Whether you are a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or someone who prefers paddling across still water or hiking beneath tall pines, you are part of this story. During the week of April 26th, complete your 5K wherever you are, however you choose. Run it. Walk it. Swim it. Skip it. Paddle it. Hike it. The only requirement is forward motion and a willingness to be part of something bigger.
This event is helping Morgan and Andrea fulfill their commitment as charity runners for the 2026 New York City Marathon on November 1st.
