Lace up your running shoes and join us for a special edition of The BIG Run! Not only will we be celebrating Global Running Day with a FREE community 5K, but we're also celebrating the FLEET FEET'S 50TH ANNIVERSARY and the 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RALEIGH/MORRISVILLE FRANCHISE!

HERE'S WHAT'S INCLUDED:

The first 500 people to register, will receive special 50th anniversary finisher medals*

_*MEDAL RECIPIENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN THEY CHECK IN ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. YOU MUST REGISTER, ATTEND THE RUN, AND CHECK IN TO RECEIVE YOUR MEDAL AND BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN A SHOE._

SCHEDULE

7 Check-in begins. When you arrive to WakeMed Soccer Park, be sure to check in with one of the workers
7 Warm up with Black Girls RUN! & pre-run announcements
8:00AM RUN BEGINS
9 Post-run yoga with YogaSix (Bring a mat and towel if you plan to participate) & cold plunge

NOTE: _This is not a race, it's a celebratory 5K fun run. There is not official timing or results.
__DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE PARK/ON THE COURSE._
