This exciting event celebrates Global Running Day and five decades of Fleet Feet's dedication to runners. The 5K run/walk promises to be filled with summer vibes, camaraderie, and plenty of hydration to keep you energized. The run starts at 6:15 PM on a marked mile-loop course, allowing participants to time themselves while enjoying the lively atmosphere!
As part of the festivities, Brooks will be offering a unique wear-test opportunity for runners to try out their latest shoe models. After the race, unwind with local vendors, grab some delicious tacos from the on-site food truck, and engage with the community while supporting a great cause—Girls on the Run Austin. Don’t miss your chance to win fantastic raffle prizes, including a brand new pair of Brooks shoes! Celebrate five decades of running with Fleet Feet at The Big Run 5K, presented by Brooks on Wednesday, June 3. This 5K run/walk on Global Running Day is all about summer vibes, and good times with the Austin running community.
We'll gather at Austin Beerworks for another year of fun and start running post-announcements at 6:15PM. The run will not be officially timed, but the mile-loop course will be marked, so feel free to time yourself.
Brooks will be conducting a wear-test for you to demo their latest models on-the-run, so make sure to arrive early to check-in and grab your size. We know it will likely be a hot evening so we'll make sure to provide plenty of hydration.
