Participants can expect a lively atmosphere complete with live music, doggy stations, face painting, inflatables, and much more!
The event schedule kicks off with a group warm-up at 5:00 PM, followed by the 5K race starting at 5:30 PM. Families will love the Kids/Furry Friend Fun Run at 6:45 PM, where young runners can complete a shorter distance and earn their own medal! Plus, the first 150 registered in-person participants will receive a medal, t-shirt, food, drinks, and exciting goodies from sponsors. With a portion of the proceeds supporting Girls on the Run New Jersey, this event combines fitness with a meaningful cause. Get Ready to Party with Fleet Feet Princeton on Global Running Day! Mark your calendar for The Big Run 5k on June 4, 2025. Global Running Day is our holiday; a celebration of the activity we love and the sport that brings our community together. Were inviting all runners and walkers to join us on June 4th to mark the occasion, set a goal and cross the finish line of The Big Run 5K presented by Brooks & Currex. You can expect Live Music, Doggy stations, face painting, inflatables, and much much more!!!! The first 150 registered in-person participants will get a medal, t-shirt, food, drinks, and some goodies from our sponsors.

5:00 PM - Group Warmup Powered by Alpha Fit Club - Princeton (optional but encouraged)
5:30PM - 5K Starts
6:45PM - .25-.5mile Kids/Furry Friend Fun Run Start
7:00PM - Post Run Yoga Powered by Lululemon (option but encouraged)

Saturday, May 31st - 12 pm to 6 pm at Fleet Feet Princeton [https://maps.app.goo.gl/yF56aJkGUcw4BM8b6]. You'll be able to pick up your shirt and bib ahead of the race on Saturday and visit with our vendors and supporters of the race! You could win prizes from our sponsors - Feetures, Currex, and UCAN!

RUNNING FOR A CAUSE:
Fleet Feet has a mission to serve the community. In alignment with this mission, we are teaming up with Girls on the Run New Jersey where a portion of all proceeds from the run will go directly to supporting local young girls in the community!
KIDS RUN:
We will have a free and family friendly kid run starting at 6:45 pm! We'll do a shorter version of our run (~1/2 mile) and all kids will be given a medal! We'll have a quick check-in before the run around 6:40pm near the start/finish line. Family members are encouraged to run with their kids! Dog's and furry friends are welcome as well!!
PARKING:
Parking is available in the any parking lot in Veterans Park. Be on the lookout for local Police or a Fleet Feet Crew Member for direction. You can then walk over to the start line at the South Pavilion, near the Skatepark and Ice Rink.
