This family-friendly and themed event promises an unforgettable experience featuring a full marathon (26.2 miles), a half marathon (13.1 miles), and an exhilarating 5K (3.1 miles). The race kicks off on the road before transitioning to hard-packed crushed limestone and blacktop, with a gentle elevation gain of just 57 feet throughout the marathon distance.
The Haunted Forest Marathon is an excellent Boston qualifier, and if you achieve a qualifying time on race day, you'll earn a special second medal! With 18% of participants qualifying in 2025, the atmosphere is electric with excitement and motivation. Don’t miss out on our faster new 5K course and the chance to take part in the "Smash the PR Pumpkin" activity for those who set personal bests.
