Start your New Year with a splash of adventure! Join us at Lake Elmo for the Dash & Splash, a refreshing way to kick off the year surrounded by community, crisp air, and a little bit of crazy fun. Run or walk around Lake Elmo, then celebrate your finish with an optional polar plunge into the icy waters to welcome the year with energy and courage! Have no fear, we have heated tents on site for you to hang out before you head home.

Whether youre chasing a personal best or just here for the plunge and laughs, this event is all about starting fresh, having fun, and saying Yes. You. Can. in the New Year!

EACH REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

* 1 Towel (Register by 12/20 to guarantee a towel)
* 1 Free Drink from 105 Brewery
* Post-Plunge Heated Tents & Drinks
* Children 5 and under are free.

We will have the Montana Water Rescue Team on site to help with the plunge. The plunge is optional. Jump into the lake right after you run or take your time. Our rescue team will be on site until 11:00AM.

START TIMES:

* 10:00AM for 5K Runners (2 Laps)
* 10:15AM for 1.5 Mile Walkers/Runners (1 Lap)

PACKET PICKUP will be at 105 Brewing.

* Race Day Pick-Up is available starting at 9:30AM by the Lake Elmo Public bathroom building.

Same-day registration will be open from 9:30AM - 10:00AM. Find the 406 Race Series table under the heated tents.

TIMING

We will be manually timing the 5K for this event. Those times will be posted shortly after the event.

Help us raise funds for local causes. Donations will be accepted for the Montana Water Rescue Team as well as the Heights Food Pantries. Add a donation to your registration or donate without an entry. Help us bring support to those in need in our area!
