The Noah Farrelly Run & Southside Field Day

Join us Sunday, June 2nd at MacArthur Park in Binghamton for the 6th annual Noah Farrelly Run Southside Field Day! Our full day of family fun will feature 5K and 10K road races, a kids fun run, a 16-team double-elimination kickball tournament, a basket raffle, fabulous local food, music, and a FREE Kids Fun Zone with tons of inflatables, face painting, and more!
10K Run - 6.2 mile USTAF-certified, double-loop course through Binghamtons Southwest side.  COURSE MAP
5K Run Walk - 3.1 mile USTAF-Certified starts and finishes in MacArthur Park, looping through Binghamtons Southwest side. Special Pricing for young runners 18 and a special finisher medal just for kids! COURSE MAP 
Double-Dip Run - Race twice for one discounted price! Run both the 5K and 10K and enjoy a double-dip cone with your post-race meal as your sweet reward!
The Section IV High School Challenge returns! 2023-24 NYSPHAA Cross Country and Track athletes may race the 5K with a minimum of three teammates and compete to win a Roll Recovery R8 for your school team! Binghamton (mixed division) and Union-Endicott (female division) won Roll Recovery R8s for their teams in 2023! Athletes are still eligible for race awards. Discounted price includes race shirt and post-race picnic. 
Confetti Kids Fun: Young runners not quite ready for the 5K can blast through falling confetti through the final stretch of the race course and cross the Official Finish line to claim to receive a small prize!

Post-race party includes a picnic brunch (vegan option available), music, award presentation, and the Southside Field Day featuring a Fun Run and Kids Zone featuring FREE activities including lots of inflatables, giant legos, face painting, balloon twisting, and more! The Stenta-Cosgriff Team Kickball Classic, our 16-team, double-elimination kickball tournament kicks off at 11:30 am. Fabulous food concessions available all day long! Bring the whole family!
8:30 am - 10K Run start
9:00 am - Basket Raffle opens
10:00 am - 5K Run Walk Start. Post-race Picnic and Kid Zone open
10:45 am - 10K Awards Start. 5K Awards and Animal Adventure Confetti Kids Fun Run to follow 
11:00 am Kids Run Registration closes. Race at approximately 11:15am. Will be announced over the PA the system.
11:30 am - Stenta-Cosgriff Kickball Classic Tournament Start

10K:
Top Three Overall and Masters Male and Female will receive a commemorative medal and prize TBA
Age Groups- Top Three Male and Female - 18 and under, 19-23, 24-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over- commemorative medals
5K:
Top Three Overall and Masters Male and Female will receive a commemorative medal and prize TBA
Age Groups- Top Three Male and Female - 9 and under, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-23, 24-29, 30-39,40-49,50-59, 60-69, 70 and over- commemorative medals
Double Dip Challenge:
Top Three Overall Male and Female will receive a commemorative medal.  All double dip runners receive a double scoop ice cream cone at the post-race picnic!
