The Pat Campbell Fighting Cancer 5K is always held during St. Patrick's Day weekend. It is one of the first, flattest, fastest, funnest, faith-filled, and greenest race/walk events of the year that helps FIGHT cancer! Running alongside the scenic Ohio River, this event is USATF certified and professionally timed with the top 3 overall finishers and top 3 in each age group receiving a special one-of-a-kind medal! Please register before February 21st, 2026 to guarantee your T-shirt commemorating the event and recognizing our community sponsors.
