Discover the Illinois Railway Museum in a whole new way with the museum's first 5K/10K! Run along the rails, alongside impressive locomotives, and through areas usually off limits to the public. The Railrunner supports IRM's ongoing efforts in preservation, restoration, and education.
This event is perfect for the whole family! Bring your cheering section and then stick around for a day exploring the museum's campus, including unlimited train and streetcar rides. Young runners can also get in on the action by participating in the kids' Dash to the Depot.

Explore the Illinois Railway Museum like never before! Course winds through public areas of the museum, including the locomotive barn, along the streetcar line, and into back of house areas. Terrain is both paved and gravel roads.
