Organiser's Description
Red Tulip Run Danville 10K for Parkinson's
Saturday, October 17, 2026 . 7:00 AM
655 Old Orchard Dr, Danville, CA
The Red Tulip Run is a 10K through Danville, CA, organized to raise money for Parkinson's research. My grandad lived with Parkinsons for several years before we lost him earlier this year. Over those years, we watched as the disease gradually took away something most of us never think twice aboutthe freedom to move the way you want to move.I run cross country. Running is what I'm best at, and it's what he lost. So I'm putting on a race.
The red tulip is the worldwide symbol of Parkinson's disease. All proceeds will be donated to the local non-profit Danville dElegance [https://danville-delegance.org].
Chip-timed 10K. Course support and aid stations along the route. Runners, joggers, and walkers all welcome.
Registration: $35
Donations welcome at checkout.
Come run six miles with us.
