Get ready to gear up for an exhilarating day at The Rocky Hill Triathlon, returning for its 11th year on Saturday, March 15, 2025, in the picturesque town of Exeter, Tulare, California! This exciting event features a challenging and scenic course that showcases the stunning foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, making it a must-attend for triathlon enthusiasts of all levels. Participants can choose from various race distances: the Short Course includes a 400-yard swim, 12.5-mile bike ride, and a 3.1-mile run, while the Long Course features an 800-yard swim, 24.8-mile bike ride, and a 6.2-mile run. New this year, aspiring athletes can take on the challenging 10K course with two climbs over Rocky Hill, or opt for a less demanding 5K run.

THE ROCKY HILL TRIATHLON RETURNS FOR THE 11TH YEAR IN EXETER, CALIFORNIA! WE ARE THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY WITH A COURSE THAT IS CHALLENGING AND SHOWCASES THE FOOTHILLS OF THE SIERRA NEVADA MOUNTAIN RANGE. OUR FUN COURSE WILL HELP PUSH YOU TO NEW LIMITS AND YOU CAN EARN SOME OF THE BEST SWAG TO PROVE IT! WE WILL BE OFFERING TWO DIFFERENT DISTANCES ON RACE DAY.
