Get ready for an exhilarating day of athleticism and community spirit at the Rocky Hill Triathlon, returning for its 11th year on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in beautiful Exeter, Tulare. Nestled in the stunning foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, this triathlon promises a captivating course that will push you to your limits while showcasing the breathtaking scenery of the Central Valley. Participants can choose from two challenging triathlon distances: the Short Course featuring a 400-yard swim, a 12.5-mile bike ride, and a 3.1-mile run, or the Long Course with an 800-yard swim, a 24.8-mile bike ride, and a 6.2-mile run.
New this year, runners can test their endurance on the challenging 10K course, which includes two climbs over Rocky Hill, or opt for the less demanding 5K. As a USAT sanctioned event, the Rocky Hill Triathlon not only offers an unforgettable experience but also fantastic perks including free race photos, a complimentary beer ticket for VIP pizza, and an array of exclusive finisher swag, such as a pullover hoodie, a towel, a polar cycling water bottle, and a coveted finisher

WE ARE THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY WITH A COURSE THAT IS CHALLENGING AND SHOWCASES THE FOOTHILLS OF THE SIERRA NEVADA MOUNTAIN RANGE. OUR FUN COURSE WILL HELP PUSH YOU TO NEW LIMITS AND YOU CAN EARN SOME OF THE BEST SWAG TO PROVE IT! WE WILL BE OFFERING TWO DIFFERENT DISTANCES ON RACE DAY.
