Participants can choose between two thrilling triathlon distances: a short course featuring a 400-yard swim, 12.5-mile bike ride, and a 3.1-mile run, or a longer challenge with an 800-yard swim, 24.8-mile bike ride, and a 6.2-mile run.
New for this year, runners can also tackle the 10K course with its exciting climbs, or opt for the slightly easier 5K. Every finisher will be rewarded with fantastic swag, including a pullover hoodie, race towel, and special goodies like free race photos and a beer ticket to Bell Craft Brew Co. THE ROCKY HILL TRIATHLON RETURNS FOR THE 13TH YEAR IN EXETER, CALIFORNIA! WE ARE THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY WITH A COURSE THAT IS CHALLENGING AND SHOWCASES THE FOOTHILLS OF THE SIERRA NEVADA MOUNTAIN RANGE. OUR FUN COURSE WILL HELP PUSH YOU TO NEW LIMITS AND YOU CAN EARN SOME OF THE BEST SWAG TO PROVE IT! WE WILL BE OFFERING TWO DIFFERENT DISTANCES ON RACE DAY. THE SHORT COURSE WILL HAVE A 400 YARD SWIM, 12.5 MILE BIKE & 3.1 MILE RUN. THE LONG COURSE WILL HAVE AN 800 YARD SWIM, 24.8 MILE BIKE & 6.2 MILE RUN.
