Nestled in the stunning foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, this event promises a challenging yet rewarding experience for all participants. Athletes can choose from two exciting triathlon distances: the Short Course featuring a 400-yard swim, 12.5-mile bike ride, and a 3.1-mile run, or the Long Course with an 800-yard swim, 24.8-mile bike ride, and a 6.2-mile run. New this year, runners can also participate in a challenging 10K course with two climbs over Rocky Hill or opt for a less challenging 5K.

THE ROCKY HILL TRIATHLON RETURNS FOR THE 11TH YEAR IN EXETER, CALIFORNIA! WE ARE THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY WITH A COURSE THAT IS CHALLENGING AND SHOWCASES THE FOOTHILLS OF THE SIERRA NEVADA MOUNTAIN RANGE. OUR FUN COURSE WILL HELP PUSH YOU TO NEW LIMITS AND YOU CAN EARN SOME OF THE BEST SWAG TO PROVE IT! WE WILL BE OFFERING TWO DIFFERENT DISTANCES ON RACE DAY.
