But were not safe yet.

The infected still roam the zone, and time is running out.

FINAL MISSION:
Transport the cure through the last remaining infected territory and deliver it to Fairborn Community Park, the ground zero of Run Ohio Races Headquarters.

There, we will mass distribute the cure and put an end to the outbreak once and for all.

Join Run Ohio Races LLC for The Run For Your Life, a thrilling, interactive running event where survival is the ultimate goal! This isnt just a race its a test of speed, strategy, and nerves.

1 MILE THE ESCAPE
Run 0.5 miles out and return 0.5 miles to the finish while surviving 2 Zombie Infected Areas.

5K THE SURVIVOR
Complete three out-and-back sections and fight your way through 6 Zombie Infected Areas.

10K THE HUNTER
Take on six out-and-back sections and survive 12 Zombie Infected Areas. The longer you stay on the course, the greater the danger!

15K THE APOCALYPSE
Think you're ready for the ultimate challenge? Complete nine out-and-back sections and face a massive 18 Zombie Infected Areas!

How It Works
Participants can choose to register as either a Survivor or a Zombie:

Survivors
Survivors will run the course wearing a flag football belt.
Along the route, infected zones will be clearly marked on the course map.
Zombies may be lurking in these zones, ready to grab your flags!
If you reach the safe zone at the finish line with all your flags intact, you officially survive the zombie apocalypse.
Lose one or more flags? Youve been infected but you still finish the race!
Zombies
Zombies do not run the course.
Their mission is to stay within designated infected zones and try to capture flags from Survivors.
Costumes and creative zombie looks are highly encouraged!
Finisher Rewards
All runners receive a finisher medal, whether you survive or get infected.
Bragging rights included!

The course will feature clearly marked infected zones.
Zombies are restricted to these zones to keep the event safe and fun for everyone.
