Get ready for an exhilarating fall running experience at The Salty Half and 10K Too! on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, in beautiful Seattle, Washington. This exciting event, held at the picturesque Don Armeni Boat Ramp, boasts stunning views of the Puget Sound and the Seattle skyline, making it one of the best scenic runs in West Seattle. Participants can choose between a challenging 13.1-mile half marathon and a more accessible 10K distance, both of which feature an out-and-back course along the scenic Alki boardwalk and into Lincoln Park.
Starting at 8:30 AM, runners will enjoy a supportive atmosphere with ample hydration stations, bathrooms, and plenty of encouragement along the route. With registration fees starting at just $39 if you sign up by September 19th, this event is an incredible value that includes race support, a custom glass Finishers' Fish, and post-race refreshments. Awards will be given to the top five male and female finishers in the half marathon. Space is limited, so be sure to secure your spot early and join us for a fantastic day of running and community spirit!

Beautiful views of the Puget Sound and Seattles skyline. The best scenic run in West Seattle for only $39! If you register by September 19th.
The Half Marathon course is out and back from the Don Armeni Boat Ramp along Alkis boardwalk and into Lincoln Park. You will be running on the Alki boardwalk and on the sidewalk. We will not have police stopping any traffic so please stay on the sidewalk. Runners must be able to complete the 13.1 miles in 3 hours. Support will be closed based on an 13:30 mile pace. There are several bathrooms along the boardwalk portion and in Lincoln Park.
The 10K course is out and back from the Don Armeni Boat Ramp along Alkis boardwalk.
Street parking available and also a few spots in the Armeni Boat Ramp parking lot. However if you park in the boat trailer section you may be ticketed. Carpooling with another runner is encouraged.
Half Marathon Awards for the top 5 male and top 5 female finishers overall. Everyone receives a custom glass Finishers' Fish designed by Bedrock Industries.
$39 (plus registration fee) Can't beat that price! Includes: race support, gels, electrolyte, water stations, race bid, finish line food and a hand crafted glass fish.
