This exciting event will take place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in the heart of Paramus, Bergen, New Jersey, starting at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. Participants can choose from a competitive Marty Roemer Memorial 10K Run, a Lou Lanzalotto Memorial 5K Run, or join in on the family-friendly One Mile Fun Run for kids aged 13 and under. Funds raised during the event will support the Paramus Scholarship Fund and Valley Home Care's "Butterflies," a specialized program for seriously ill children, making every step you take count for a great cause.
The race day kicks off with packet pick-up at 7:30 AM, followed by the 10K at 9:00 AM and the 5K at 11:00 AM. The 46th Terri Roemer Paramus Run will kick off at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Paramus, New Jersey. As we did last year, the Run will partner with the Valley Hospital Auxiliary!
Funds raised from the event will benefit the Paramus Scholarship Fund and Valley Home Care's _Butterflies_, a specialized program for seriously ill children.

_These bi-annual programs are the largest and most supported learn-to-run programs in Northern NJ, offered every Spring and Fall. They draw brand new runners, athletes returning after a break, moms, dads, families, students, married couples, working professionals, and retirees seeking a structured plan that will teach them the skills to complete either a 5K or 10K distance race and make running a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle._
_All programs feature eight-week training schedules, guidance from experienced, certified coaches, friendly support from volunteers, expert speakers, a cool performance t-shirt, race entry, and a full-year membership to North Jersey Masters Running Club, one of the largest and most established running clubs in the state._
_Saturday group sessions at the Glen Rock Duck Pond will kick off on August 23rd. Wednesday group sessions at the Ridgewood Duck Pond begin August 27th. You may choose to join us in person or participate remotely._
