Participants can choose from a variety of race distances, including the Marty Roemer Memorial 10K Run, the Lou Lanzalotto Memorial 5K Run, and a delightful One Mile Fun Run for kids aged 13 and under.
This year, the Terri Roemer Paramus Run proudly partners with the Valley Hospital Auxiliary to benefit the Paramus Scholarship Fund and Valley Home Care's specialized program, “Butterflies,” which supports seriously ill children. With a vibrant post-race party, awards, and exciting raffle drawings, there’s something for everyone! Organiser's Description
The 46th Terri Roemer Paramus Run will kick off at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Paramus, New Jersey. As we did last year, the Run will partner with the Valley Hospital Auxiliary!
Funds raised from the event will benefit the Paramus Scholarship Fund and Valley Home Care's _Butterflies_, a specialized program for seriously ill children.

_These bi-annual programs are the largest and most supported learn-to-run programs in Northern NJ, offered every Spring and Fall. They draw brand new runners, athletes returning after a break, moms, dads, families, students, married couples, working professionals, and retirees seeking a structured plan that will teach them the skills to complete either a 5K or 10K distance race and make running a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle._
_All programs feature eight-week training schedules, guidance from experienced, certified coaches, friendly support from volunteers, expert speakers, a cool performance t-shirt, race entry, and a full-year membership to North Jersey Masters Running Club, one of the largest and most established running clubs in the state._
_Saturday group sessions at the Glen Rock Duck Pond will kick off on August 23rd. Wednesday group sessions at the Ridgewood Duck Pond begin August 27th. You may choose to join us in person or participate remotely._
