This exciting event features three race distances to suit all levels of runners: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon. Starting at the scenic Woodley Park, participants can enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere while racing through picturesque paths, including loops around the lake and unique tunnel passages.
The Half Marathon and 10K kick off at 7:00 AM, followed by the 5K at 7:30 AM. With multiple water stations along the routes and a supportive team ready to assist, runners can focus on achieving their personal bests. Every finisher will receive a medal, and top performers in each category will also earn awards! 6:20AM Bib pick-up opens
7:00AM Half marathon & 10k start
7:30AM 5k start
7:35AM Registration & start line close
10:20AM Course closes (3 hours, 20 minutes for the Half)
_Early start of 6:30am may be pre-arranged for half marathoners, email your request to events@hightideruns.com. All early starters will not be eligible for awards.

MORE ABOUT THE COURSE
The race routes go across the grass, under the road through a tunnel, and enter the park. The 5k loops the lake and returns. The 10k and half head to the other side of the park, going under the bridge, and then journey back along a different path.
Our courses are on open paths so please be considerate of other park users!
ON-COURSE SUPPORT
Multiple water stations are located along the routes. The finish line will also have an aid station stocked with water, electrolytes, and other snacks. We have a first aid kit at each station and all High Tides Crew Members have received CPR training. The turns are clearly marked with chalk and runner turn signs
FINAL DETAILS
BIB: Please wear your race bib on the front of your shirt so we can track your time and send your pics!
GEAR CHECK: You may leave personal items with staff at the registration tent. Please bring your own bag.
AWARDS: All finishers earn a race medal. 1st place medals are given to the overall 1st male and female in each distance.
RESULTS & PHOTOS: An email with race results and photos will be sent the day after the race and earlier on Instagram. Race photos are free!
