Do you know someone who is living with a mental health or substance use disorder? Or perhaps you want to run in honor/memory of someone dear to you? If so, this 5K is aimed to do just that as we walk/run to break the barriers to mental health and support those who feel like they are alone.
Greater Nashua Mental Health is celebrating 105 years of community support! While our nonprofit organization has continued to evolve, one thing has remained the same - our focus is caring for the most vulnerable within the community. This year we are hosting our Thrive Stride 5K with a 1K option in support of mental health awareness, and our vital programs which serve individuals of all ages.
