This year, we’re excited to offer a virtual option for those who can’t participate in person, ensuring everyone has the chance to show their support. Your participation not only promotes mental health awareness but also helps fund essential services for individuals and families facing mental health challenges. So, come celebrate resilience, honor loved ones, and join us in making a powerful statement: mental health matters! Don't forget, limited edition t-shirts are available for those who register by April 30

When you REGISTER for Thrive Stride, you help fund critical services, create pathways to care, and send a powerful message: mental health matters, and help should never feel out of reach for anyone.
