Bib pick-up runs from 8:00 am to 8:45 am on race day, so arrive early to get ready for an inspiring morning! Participants will have the chance to win medals for the Overall Male and Female 5K finishers, along with awards for the top three finishers in each age category. Bike riders will receive ribbons for their participation. Don't forget to register by August 25th to secure your exclusive event T-shirt! The Tioga County Homeless Initiative is sponsoring a 5K for runners, walkers, and bike riders. The course is a flat, hard-packed gravel surface. Runners and walkers will travel 5K and bike riders will travel 7 miles. Bib pick up runs from 8:00 am to 8:45 am the morning of race.
Medals for the Overall Male and Female 5K finishers and First, Second, and Third Place 5K finishers in each age category. Ribbons for bike rider participants. T-Shirts available if register by August 25th.
We are not just a homeless shelter; in addition to providing a warm, safe, caring environment for those experiencing homelessness, we also connect our guests with services, i.e. housing, employment, counseling, to enable them to live and thrive on their own.
