Races kick off promptly at 9:00 AM, with walkers encouraged to join in on the shorter courses. With the trail remaining open for three hours, there’s plenty of time to enjoy the great outdoors while supporting a good cause. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Des Moines dirt trail systems, the Stewards of Browns Woods, and the Capital Striders.
