Race day is fast approaching
Event summary
Bib pickup kicks off bright and early at 6:15 AM and wraps up at 7:15 AM, so make sure to arrive early! The race will start promptly at 7:30 AM in the OES field, where runners will aim to complete as many loops as possible within the time limit. Awards will be given to the top male and female participants in various age categories who complete the most loops, and those who conquer nine loops will earn a special medal! After the race, take some time to explore the beautiful Covered Bridges or enjoy kayaking at the Locust Fork River. Join us for a day filled with fun, fitness, and community spirit at the Tomahawk Trail Endurance Challenge!
Organiser's Description
* Regular running shoes are okay. The course is XC trail, grass and hills.
* Bib Pickup-Saturday, Sept 27 beginning at 6:15 am. Packet Pickup will end promptly at 7:15.
* Park in the Elementary School Parking lot.
* Race begins promptly at 7:30am in the OES field. Follow signs.
* Proceeds go to Oneonta High School Cross Country.
* Things to do after...
Visit our Covered Bridges (Horton Mill, Swann, and Easley)
Visit the Locust Fork River
(Kayak entrance between Cleveland and Blountsville)
Loopy Awards
Awards will be given to the female and male that collect the most loops in 2 hours.
Ages 10-18 ,19-29, 30-40, 41-51, & 52+
* Anyone that completes 9 loops in two hours will get a special medal!
