David Zid expands the fight for brain health All Together Now the Movin It! 5K Run/Walk Parkinsons Disease now benefits the Alzheimers (AD) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) communities. Total HealthWorks is expanding its programs to improve brain health, serve more people living with neurodegenerative conditions, and grow our facility. This years event will help our Total HealthWorks gym with growth, equipment, and updates so we can start more classes and help those afflicted with PD, AD, and MS.
WE ARE GOING CASHLESS ON RACE DAY!
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RACE DAY REGISTRATION WILL BE CASHLESS AND ALL RACE DAY REGISTRATION WILL BE DONE ONLINE (NO CASH TRANSACTIONS). PLEASE BRING YOUR SMARTPHONE AND CREDIT CARD WITH YOU ON RACE DAY IF YOU OR YOUR FRIENDS ARE PLANNING TO REGISTER ON THE DAY OF THE RACE! THANK YOU SO MUCH.
