This annual celebration of fitness and fun features a recreational 5(ish)K run starting at 9:00 a.m. CST. Participants can choose to dive into the plunge right after the run or join the plunge-only crew at 10:00 a.m. CST. This exciting plunge is open to ages 13 and up, providing a perfect opportunity to embrace winter's chill in a natural lake setting.

Remember to wear shoes or water shoes for the plunge, and take advantage of the outdoor changing station available onsite.
