Get ready for an inspiring day of athleticism and camaraderie at the Tri My Way Adaptive Adult Triathlon on Saturday, May 2, 2026, in beautiful Greenville! This unique event celebrates the spirit of inclusivity, inviting neurodivergent adults aged 19 and older to participate in an empowering swim, bike, and run triathlon. Designed specifically for individuals with developmental disabilities such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Muscular Dystrophy, this triathlon welcomes athletes of all abilities, including those who may use flotation devices, adaptive bikes, walkers, or power wheelchairs.

With a limited capacity of just 40 athletes, each participant will be paired with dedicated volunteers to provide encouragement, assistance, and ensure safety throughout the race. Registration opens on January 31, 2026, so be sure to secure your spot early! Scholarships are available, and for those who prefer to pay via cash or check, additional payment options can be arranged.
