For the first time ever, Archbold Parks & Recreation is introducing this exciting event designed to introduce young athletes to the world of triathlons. This beginner-friendly triathlon will feature swimming in the Archbold Swimming Pool, followed by biking and running through the picturesque local neighborhoods.
Participants will compete in two age groups: Ages 6-9 will tackle a 50-yard swim, a 2km bike ride, and a 1km run, while Ages 10-15 will take on a slightly longer challenge with a 100-yard swim, a 2km bike, and a 1km run. Every young athlete will receive a race t-shirt and a finisher medal, with additional prizes for overall winners! Join us at Ruihley Park for participant check-in and be a part of this unforgettable experience that promotes health, camaraderie, and the joy of sport!

For the first time ever, Archbold Parks & Recreation is hosting a Youth Triathlon!
Swimming will take place in lanes at the Archbold Swimming Pool while the bike and running routes will take place in the surrounding neighborhoods. This is an introductory triathlon, giving kids a chance to get familiar with this multi-sport event. Each participant will receive a race t-shirt!
We will have two age groups:
Ages 6 - 9: 50yd Swim, 2k Bike, 1k Run
Ages 10-15: 100yd Swim, 2k Bike, 1k Run
Each participant will receive a finisher medal, and there will be prizes for overall winners!
Participant check in area will be in front of the Archbold Swimming Pool in Ruihley Park (Archbold, OH).
