Join us for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the Triangle Run Smart Fall 2025 Kids Race on Sunday, November 16, 2025! This exhilarating event will take place at the Mills Park Middle School Track & Field in Cary, Wake, from 2 PM to 4 PM. With a variety of mini races including 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and a 1-mile run, there’s something for every young athlete aged 6-15.
Participants will not only have the opportunity to race against their peers but will also enjoy engaging running games while waiting for their turn. Every child will receive a medal, and the top three finishers in each race will be awarded ribbons. Plus, all athletes can cool down with water, Gatorade, and refreshing popsicles after their races. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to encourage your child’s love for running and make lasting memories! Be sure to register early, as the event is capped at 60 participants. We can’t wait to see the energy and enthusiasm on the track!

OUR FALL 2025 KIDS RACE is brought to you by TRIANGLE RUN SMART TRAINING, PRESENTED BY PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY AND THE RUNNING PTS.
Come join us for OUR KIDS TRACK RACE ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2025 FROM 2-4PM AT THE MILLS PARK MIDDLE SCHOOL TRACK & FIELD IN CARY! We will have lots of mini races of varying distances on the track during the event, plus fun running games on the inner field for those waiting their turn to race. Races to include: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and 1-mile races (broken into age groups). Medals for all participants and ribbons for the top 3 winners of each individual race heat. Open to ages 6-15.
Water, Gatorade, and popsicles will be provided to the kids during/after the event.
COST OF THE RACE IS $30. No refund and no credit if you drop from the race after registering.
COST INCLUDES: participation in as many mini race events as you'd like to register your child for, a race bib to wear during the event, participation in running games, hydration and popsicles, and medals.
RACE IS CAPPED AT 60 PARTICIPANTS.
TRS COACHES WILL COORDINATE/COACH THIS EVENT. After signing your child in, we ask that parents go to the stands during the event.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
* 1:45-2:00pm - sign-in and get bibs
* 2-2:15pm - group warmups
* 2:20pm - 100m race
* 2:45pm - 200m race
* 3:00pm - 400m race
* 3:15pm - 800m race
* 3:30pm - 1 mile race
* 3:50pm - Awards, medals & popsicles, plus sign-out
FREE RACE PHOTOS from the event will be provided to all, courtesy of one of our kids' run parents, Sergiy Matsak. A photo album link will be emailed out to registrants a week after the race. Thank you, Sergiy!
