For those looking to join forces, the event also offers Relay options for teams of four, whether you're all men, all women, or a co-ed squad. Plus, gym champions will have the chance to represent their affiliates in a special relay wave! With exciting challenges like the Assault Bike, Burpee Box Overs, and a couple of Mystery Zones, each competitor will have the chance to earn age-group prizes and banners. Tribe is an opportunity for those to see how great they are. This event is built to test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness with eight grueling stations broken up with 400m runs in between. Wave descriptions are below:
WAVES
* ELITE SINGLES & OPEN SINGLES - Take on the course solo. _ELITES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AGE-GROUP PRIZES AND BANNERS_!
* ELITE DOUBLES & OPEN DOUBLES - Take the course with a friend and split the zones as you see fit! _ELITES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AGE GROUP PRIZES AND BANNERS!_
* RELAYS_ - 4 person teams that can be all mens, all womens or co-ed (2 male & 2 female) ELIGIBLE FOR AGE GROUP PRIZES AND BANNERS!_

Running in teams of four, each group will lock in a team mate to complete a zone start to finish and bass the baton to the next zone. Each participant is to complete 2 zones.
