Participants can choose from various waves, including Elite Singles, Open Singles, Elite Doubles, Open Doubles, and exciting 4-person relays, ensuring there’s something for everyone, whether you’re going solo or teaming up with friends.
The course features a rigorous lineup of challenges, from tackling the Assault Bike to mastering burpee box overs, and even confronting the mystery zones that will keep you on your toes! With age-group prizes and banners up for grabs, it’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Organiser's Description
Tribe is an opportunity for those to see how great they are. This event is built to test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness with eight grueling stations broken up into short interval runs that will total less than a mile of total running. Wave descriptions are below:
WAVES
* ELITE SINGLES & OPEN SINGLES - Take on the course solo. _ELITES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AGE-GROUP PRIZES AND BANNERS_!
* ELITE DOUBLES & OPEN DOUBLES - Take the course with a friend and split the zones as you see fit! _ELITES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AGE GROUP PRIZES AND BANNERS!_
* RELAYS_ - _4-person teams that can be all men, all women, or co-ed (2 male & 2 female). Each member must complete any 2 zones. _ELIGIBLE FOR AGE GROUP PRIZES AND BANNERS!_
* GYM CHAMPIONS RELAY - Each Gym affiliate will select their representatives to participate in this wave. Talk to your gym's owner for more info!

Running in teams of four, each group will lock in a team mate to complete a zone start to finish and bass the baton to the next zone. Each participant is to complete 2 zones. Teams can gameplan their approach and place team members strategically at each zone. Top 3 Co-ed, Female and Male teams will receive banners
