Kid One Transports 11th Annual Trick or Trot 5k will have both in person and virtual option.
The In Person Race will occur on Oct 21st at Back Forty Brewing.ย Dont want to run or wake up on Saturday morning?ย You can still support the Kid One Transport Trick or Trot 5k with the virtual option.
We will have packet pick up at Back Forty Brewing on Oct. 20, 2023.

Get into the Halloween spirit at the 11th Annual Trick or Trot 5K benefiting Kid One Transport! The Trick or Trot 5K is a costume run that traditionally takes place in downtown Birmingham, Alabama through the streets of the Lakeview District.
The event includes 5K, a costume contest (social media), a tshirt.ย Runners of all ages, strollers and pets are welcome!
There will be awards given for Biggest Team (Community and Corporate), Most Spirited Team (Best Costumes), Most Spirited Individual (Best Costume), Most Spirited Kid (Best Costume), and Most Spirited Pet Owner (Best Costume)! Costumes are not required to participate but are encouraged - the more spirited the better!

About the Cause:ย www.kidone.org
In the event that the Trick or Trot 5K cannot run as planned in person, all registrants will continue as virtual race participants.ย ย
All proceeds from the Trick or Trot 5K benefit Kid One Transport and will raise funds to provide transportation to medical care for children and expectant mothers throughout Alabama.
We will make every effort to conduct this race in accordance with CDC, state, and local guidelines. CDC Guidelines on how to protect yourself: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html. ย We will rely on each runner to conduct themselves with best practices during the global pandemic, including practical physical distancing, avoiding handshakes, and wearing facemasks, etc.
