This vibrant event invites runners, run/walkers, and walkers of all ages to join in celebrating the achievements of the 2025 Gulf Coast Runners youth scholarship recipients. The race kicks off at Rodgers Park, with an entry fee of $35 until race day and $40 on race day. Students aged 1-21 can join for just $20, ensuring everyone has a chance to participate in this fantastic community event.
In addition to the main 5K race, there will be a special 1 Mile kids race starting at 8:15 AM, making it a perfect outing for families. After the race, join us for an awards ceremony at approximately 8:30 AM, where we will honor our scholarship winners and present age group awards. Proceeds from the Tropicool 5K will benefit the Gulf Coast Runners Youth Development Fund, supporting the next generation of athletes.
