THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD IN DEDICATION AND REMEMBRANCE OF JEREMY WHITEHEAD.
In 2024 Nourish Non-Profit held it's inaugural 5K Fundraiser, an event made possible through the invaluable support of Jeremy. He generously offered his assistance in various ways, including pre-event meetings to help Nourish Non-Profit organize it's first 5K, providing complimentary classes for participants and leading the warm-up on the day of the event. From our first interaction, it was evident how deeply Jeremy valued supporting not only the community, but specifically those struggling with trauma.

Jeremy served as a Personal Fitness Trainer at Orangetheory Fitness. From 2009 to 2013 he bravely served our county, demonstrating his natural compassion and skills to assist soldiers in need. Jeremy played a vital role in Supporting Nourish Counseling during our first Trot for Trauma 5K. Jeremy's sudden passing in December 2024 certainly left a void within the community. It is our privilege to dedicate this event in his honor.
