Tugaloo Olympic, Sprint and Aquabike

Get ready for an exhilarating day of athleticism at the Tugaloo Olympic, Sprint, and Aquabike event on Saturday, September 6th, 2025! Set against the stunning backdrop of Tugaloo State Park in Lavonia, Franklin, this event promises an exciting challenge for athletes of all levels. Participants can choose from three competitive distances: the Olympic race featuring a 1.5K swim, a 42K bike ride, and a 10K run; the Sprint distance which includes a 500-yard swim, a 14-mile bike ride, and a 5K run; and the Aquabike option for those focusing on swimming and biking.

This event also encourages camaraderie through its club team competition, where teams of three or more can register together and compete not only for team honors but also in individual age group categories. With opportunities for athletes to showcase their skills and earn points based on their finish positions, the Tugaloo event is set to be a spirited celebration of fitness and community.
