With a race start time of 9:00 AM and race day registration opening at 7:30 AM, it's a perfect opportunity to kick off your Thanksgiving celebrations with a healthy activity. The event is capped at 900 participants to ensure a great experience, so be sure to register early and consider carpooling! Each participant will receive a custom long-sleeved shirt and medal, with exciting fundraising incentives available. A family tradition that helps folks in need.
The scenic race course loops Hinckley Lake within the Hinckley Reservation.
START/FINISH AND PARKING (SAME AS LAST YEAR)
We'll Start/Finish at the South Ball Field parking lot. We will run the course on the paved path around the lake as usual (CCW). Parking will be limited so we're capping registration at 900 at this point. We highly encourage carpooling and arriving early. We'll provide detailed parking instructions as we get closer.
In addition to views of the local flora and fauna, you might see participants in their best Thanksgiving-themed costumes. (Turkey and cranberry suits are welcome!)
Early packet pick up will be 11/26 from 3P-6P at 2425 Medina Rd, Medina. Please do your best to pick everything on 11/26 to avoid delays on race day. You are encouraged to pick-up for friends and family.

* If you raise $100 we'll refund your entry fee
* Raise $250 you'll get a refund, insulated travel mug, and a pair of socks,
* THE TOP 10 FUNDRAISERS (MINIMUM $250) WILL ALSO RECEIVE A $100 FLEET FEET GIFT CARD GOOD IN THE CLEVELAND AREA STORES

We'll be giving out awards (custom winter hats) to our age group winners (<10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+)
In addition to pre-burning Thanksgiving calories, the Burner benefits Running2bwell [http://www.running2bwell.org] and its free wellness programs for people struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

You can walk either the full 5K or turn around to make it a 1-mile walk, depending on how much pie you're planning to eat later. There will fun activities and prizes along the way. -
