TuscParks Annual Canal Tavern of Zoar 5K Run and Walk

This 5K run and walk is a chip timed race along the scenic Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail between Fort Laurens, Bolivar and The Canal Lands Park in Zoar.  It ends with a German Octoberfest-style party on the Patio of the historic Canal Tavern of Zoar.  Proceeds from this race benefit development and maintenance of the  Canal Lands Towpath Trail in Tuscarawas County.  A shuttle to Fort Laurens (starting line) from the Canal Tavern of Zoar (after party location) is provided departing at 12:15PM and 12:30PM.
