Join us for the exciting Ubly Homecoming 5K on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. in the charming town of Ubly, Huron County! This vibrant community event takes place at the beautiful Veterans Park, featuring both a 5K run and a walk that cater to participants of all ages and skill levels. The scenic course starts at the Ubly DPW, winding through the lovely streets of Ubly before finishing along the picturesque walking path at Veterans Park.
Competitors will have the chance to earn trophies for the top overall male and female finishers, with custom medals awarded to the top three finishers in each age group. All participants aged 14 and under will also receive a medal! Enjoy refreshments and water stations along the route, and take advantage of the convenient facilities available. Whether you're a seasoned runner or looking to enjoy a fun day out with friends and family, the Ubly Homecoming 5K promises a fantastic experience for everyone. LOCATION: Ubly Veterans Park
AWARDS: Trophy to 1st overall male & female and custom medals to top 3 finishers in each age group for both run and walk. All participants 14& under will receive a medal. Presentation of awards will be in Pavilion at the conclusion of both races.
AGE GROUPS: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 & Over
RESULTS/TIMING: Our race will be professionally timed by Miller Race Management [http://www.race-mrm.com/]. Results will be posted shortly after the completion of the race and will be available on our website.
COURSE: Well marked course that starts at the Ubly DPW and goes through the streets of Ubly and finishes onthe walking path at Veterans Park. See our website for course map.
REFRESHMENTS: Water station on course and refreshments available at finish.
FACILITIES: Porta-Johns on site and restrooms within the park pavilion.
PRE-REGISTRION:
On or before June 22 - $12 no shirt or $20 w/shirt
June 23 to July 11 - $17 no shirt or $25 w/shirt
Race Day - $20 no shirt or $25 w/shirt
(add $2 for 2XL and $4 for 3XL sizes)
