The Upstate NY Fresh Start 5K brings together visitors with some Townies to run/walk our favorite local 5K route.
Where:
The race starts and ends at the main race building, featuring a 3 lap course around our local neighborhood.

When:
The race starts at 8:30 AM. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before race start.
THERE IS NO RACE-DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKET PICK-UP.
Sign Up:
Online Pre-Registration is required. There is no race-day registration. Make sure to select your race premium with registration, supplies are limited.
You will be issued a bib at packet pick-up.
Race is free to the Community.
Warnings:
Beware of cold weather conditions. Check your local weather report prior to race day.
Notes:
Restrooms and changing facilities are available in the main building, adjacent to the race start.
There will be no water stops on the course - they may freeze and it is only a 5K.
Post-race food and drink will be provided.
Results will be manually timed and available after the race.
Policies:
No dogs, headphones or jogging strollers.
The race director reserves the right to reject an entry for any reason.
All runners must follow course markers or risk being disqualified.
