We are excited to welcome the community back for the 2026 Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Milliken Arboretum! Serious runners, casual joggers, and walkers alike will come together for a great day supporting an even greater cause as we run, walk, and rally in support of local children battling cancer and the families who stand beside them.
Last year, the Upstate Strut for Childhood Cancer raised more than $65,000 to benefit Upstate children through Childrens Cancer Partners of the Carolinas. This cross-country fun run and 5K race helps children fighting the toughest battles of their lives by providing critical support to families throughout treatment. Lets show up, move our bodies, and rally together in support of these strong and brave children!

HOW TO CREATE/JOIN A TEAM:
* Navigate to the Race Page
* Select "Sign Up" to begin the registration process
* Enter in all participant information
* Select Join/Create a team
* If joining you can search for the team name
* If the team has not been created you can select "Create Team"
* From there you can type in team name and optional password
* Follow additional registration steps to complete registration
* Participants will receive a confirmation email of registration and team
