The 1st annual Run to Remember will be a community-based 5K run/walk dedicated to raising funds and awareness for hospice care in the greater Rochester area. This event will provide individuals and families a meaningful way to honor loved ones who have received hospice services, while reinforcing the mission of compassionate, end-of-life care.
