Computerized Timing provided by TH Timing. Split times at every mile and water stations on the course.No strollers, bicycles, in-line skates, or scooters allowed. Handicap equipment is permitted.
The 5K run is a road course with moderate hills.

The Jr. Police Run is a two-block run from Napoleon Street to Washington Street on Indiana Avenue. This will be for younger children only and will include a run shirt. $15
All mail-in registrations must be postmarked before May 1, 2024Race Day Registration is $30 Run Walk
Early packet pick-up will be avalible on Wednesday and Thursday from 10AM-6PM at the Extra Mile Fitness Co.  3400 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, IN
On-site packet pick-up starts at 4:30PM on Friday.
