Join us for the uplifting Veterans Appreciation Run on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at Jefferson Barracks Park in St. Louis! This vibrant event not only celebrates the dedication and sacrifice of our veterans but also supports The Kaufman Fund, a nonprofit committed to assisting veterans and their families across the region for over 30 years. Lace up your running shoes for a scenic 5K run or walk through the park, where you’ll be surrounded by history and camaraderie.
The day kicks off with packet pick-up at 7:00 AM, followed by a moving pre-race ceremony at 8:15 AM, including the National Anthem. The race begins at 8:30 AM, and an awards ceremony will conclude the festivities at 9:30 AM. Can't make it in person? No problem! Participate virtually from anywhere in the country by running or walking your own 5K on your schedule, and we’ll mail you a commemorative medal, race shirt, and goody bag. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a meaningful day with friends and family, come together with us to honor those who have served. Let’s make a difference in the lives of our veterans!

This year, we are proud to partner with The Kaufman Fund, a nonprofit organization that has been serving veterans and their families across the St. Louis region for over 30 years. The Kaufman Fund provides critical support in areas such as mental health services, housing assistance, food programs, dental care, and educational resources working tirelessly to ensure that no veteran is left behind. By joining the Veterans Appreciation Run, you are helping further this mission and making a direct impact on the lives of local veterans.
