For runners, typically, the summer months represent the off season But for those that wish to continue putting in the miles, we have a series just for you! The Summer Dash Series is designed to keep you active all summer long!

If you missed one of the Summer Dash events in-person, don't worry! You can still register for your missing event virtually, which will count toward your exclusive Summer Dash Series medal.

In order to receive your bonus medal in-person at Watermelon Dash HOUSTON OR SAN ANTONIO, all results must be entered by 11:59 PM THURSDAY, AUGUST 6TH.
In order to receive your bonus medal in-person at Watermelon Dash AUSTIN OR DALLAS, all results must be entered by 11:59 PM THURSDAY, AUGUST 20TH.

All virtual results MUST be submitted no later than 11:59 PM SUNDAY, AUGUST 31ST, 2026 in order to qualify for your Summer Dash Series bonus medal.

Failure to submit your time will result in the forfeiture of your Summer Dash Series medal.

SERIES PARTICIPATION: To be eligible for series participation incentives, participants must complete a 5K OR LONGER DISTANCE for each Summer Dash Series event and have an official result. For in-person events, this requires a _recorded_ finish time. For virtual events, a virtual time must be _submitted_. The KidsK and Family 1K is a non-series event and does not qualify toward series participation or incentives.
