INTERNATIONAL VYSHYVANKA DAY IS CELEBRATED ANNUALLY ON THE THIRD THURSDAY OF MAY AND UNITES UKRAINIANS AROUND THE WORLD. THIS GLOBAL CELEBRATION HONORS _UKRAINIAN CULTURE_, TRADITIONS, AND THE SYMBOLIC EMBROIDERED SHIRT THE VYSHYVANKA.
For Ukrainians, the _VYSHYVANKA_ is not just clothing it is a National garment that represents identity, heritage, unity, and pride. On this day, Ukrainians across the globe wear embroidered shirts and take part in cultural initiatives to preserve and promote their traditions.
