Whether you choose to walk or run the 5K distance on a track, park trail, treadmill, or even at your local mall, you can make a difference while supporting vital services for survivors.
Gather your friends and family to form a team and raise funds to ensure that the majority of support services remain free for those in need. Remember to wear a purple shirt in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and donβt forget to capture the moment by sending us a photo of you and your group walking together! Help us spread awareness and support for survivors while enjoying a fulfilling and active week!

Walk 4 Healing is the Annual fundraiser for Hope Recovery. We want to invite anyone who knows a survivor of child abuse, domestic violence or sexual assault to join us in our virtual walk/run 5K to raise funds to continue to keep the majority of support services free for survivors. Have a group of friends? Sign up to walk as a team!
* Walk or run where you want. Do so on a track, on a park trail, on your treadmill, at the gym, in your mall, or any other place that you are able to walk or run. Ask your friends and family members to sponsor you on our 5K. They can donate through our site or send us a check.
* Wear a purple shirt in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and send us a picture of you or your group walking.
Hope Recovery [https://www.hope4-recovery.org] provides support via Zoom to adult survivors of abuse & sexual trauma including long term support groups, short-term specialty groups, topic specific 12-week classes, and intensive support programs.
