On Saturday, May 16, 2026, join us in Yukon, Canadian, for a fantastic event that promotes a healthy lifestyle for everyone. The day kicks off with a health fair at 8:00 a.m., followed by the 5K Fun Run at 8:30 a.m. and the Walk for Wellness starting at 9:30 a.m. This family-friendly event welcomes both patients and non-patients, encouraging everyone to participate in the walk and health fair at no cost. For those looking to challenge themselves, the 5K Fun Run has a small fee of $30, which includes a medal and a T-shirt.
Participants will not only enjoy a scenic route through Rt. 66 Park at Lake Overholser but also have the chance to engage with community partners and learn about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. To keep everyone energized, we’ll provide water and healthy snacks after the activities. Don’t forget to register by April 24, 2026, to secure your FREE T-shirt! Same-day registrations are welcome,

2026 WALK FOR WELLNESS AND 5K FUN RUN
Join us for a Walk for Wellness and 5K Fun Run through Rt. 66 Park at Lake Overholser. Registered runners will receive a T-shirt and medal, and registered walkers will receive a T-shirt. These events are open to patients and non-patients, with the walk and health fair at no cost and the 5K Fun Run includes a small fee. Everyone will have the opportunity to receive information from community partners in the Oklahoma City metro and participate in a health fair and cultural activities. One of our event objectives is to educate our participants on developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We provide water at the event to encourage participants to remain hydrated and promote healthy beverages, as well as a healthy snack to promote healthy eating after working out.

Same-day registrations for either the walk for 5K Fun Run are not guaranteed a T-shirt. You must sign up 30 minutes before the start of either the walk or the 5K Fun Run to get credit for participation. The 5K Fun Run fee is $30 (plus processing fees), which includes a medal and T-shirt.
